Happiness is Action!

Sometimes the simplest matter can be the most difficult. For example, something in your life punches your buttons and you find yourself in a mood such as sad, angry, lonely, tired, stuck, or unmotivated, to name a few. These are the times when an advance plan of action can come in handy. What do I need to do to take care of myself? Take Action!

ACTION: (noun) 1. the fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim.
